# Prompt Tuning

The ongoing process of adjusting an AI agent’s instructions so its answers stay accurate as a business, its products, or its policies change.

Prompt tuning is regular fine-adjustment of an AI agent’s instructions, not a one-time setup step. As a business adds new products, changes a policy, or notices the agent handling a situation poorly, prompt tuning corrects it. It’s included in AI Abstraction’s managed hosting plans, so an agent’s accuracy doesn’t quietly drift over time.
