# Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messages AI Abstraction sends. They are separate from our [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service/), which cover use of this website.

## What This Program Is

AI Abstraction runs one text messaging program, called AI Abstraction Customer Care. We use it to reply to people who have contacted us about our AI agent services. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send promotional offers by text.

## How You Join

You join in one place only: the form on our [contact page](/contact/). The form has a checkbox for text messages. It is separate from every other agreement on that form, it is empty by default, and you can send us a message without ticking it.

Giving us your phone number is optional. Ticking the text messaging box is optional. Neither is a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not buy phone numbers, and we do not add anyone to this program who has not ticked that box themselves.

## What We Send

Replies and follow-ups about the question you sent us. For example, a note that we have answered you by email, or a question about your business so we can answer you properly.

**Message frequency varies.** It depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive a small number of messages about one inquiry.

**Message and data rates may apply.** Your mobile carrier, not AI Abstraction, sets those charges. Check your plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges for text messages.

## How to Stop Messages

**Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out.** You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop.

**Reply HELP to any message for help**, or call us at [551-246-4338](tel:+15512464338).

You can also ask us to stop by email at [info@ai-abstraction.com](mailto:info@ai-abstraction.com) or through our [contact page](/contact/). Opting out of text messages does not stop us replying to you by email or phone, and it does not affect anything else we do for you.

If you opt out and later want messages again, tick the box on the contact form again.

## Carriers

**Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.** Text delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any message arrives.

## Supported Carriers

This program is available on major US mobile carriers. Carrier support can change, and we do not control it.

## Your Privacy

We never sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This program is for people aged 18 and over.
