Large Language Model (LLM)

The AI model that reads and writes language. It is the “brain” behind an AI agent, trained on huge amounts of text to understand requests and generate responses.

A large language model, or LLM, is the underlying technology that lets an AI agent understand what someone is asking and reply in plain language. Well-known examples include the models behind ChatGPT and Claude. AI Abstraction doesn’t build LLMs from scratch. It connects proven models, hosted through platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI, to a business’s own data and workflows.
